The foundation history:
The law firm was founded by Oleg Mikhaylenko in 2008.
At the end of 2008 his law firm was merged with the law office of Andrei Sokol, who worked as a single lawyer. From this moment the law firm got its name — «Law firm «Mikhaylenko, Sokol and Partners». The purpose of this association was the need to increase the practitioners in order to provide customers with a broader range of legal services.
During its second year of practise, the law firm has shown a significant increase in turnover of legal services, as noted by the magazine «Business Quarter». According to the information portal «PRAVO.RU» and «Vedomosti» newspaper, in 2010 our law firm took 63rd place in the ranking of the top law firms in all of Russia — of the top 100 (2nd place among the three companies from Rostov-on-Don, represented in this top list) and 18th place in the ranking of the best regional law firms of Russia — Top 75 (2nd among 5 companies in Rostov-on-Don, included in this top list).
